TWHBEA v. NWHA Lawsuit
Settled
Settled and put to rest, the lawsuit between TWHBEA
and NWHA is over and walking horse enthusiasts can spend
their energy on preparing for the 2008 show season. Both
parties settled all matters between them and advised the
Court of the settlement. NWHA extends its best wishes to
the Walking Horse industry at large for a successful and
sound 2008 show season!
